recover deleted files
Solution
When a file is deleted from your computer, its contents aren’t immediately destroyed. Windows simply marks the hard drive space as being available for use by changing one character in the file table so that the file entry won’t be displayed. All you need to do is undeletion the file before Windows uses that space of the hard drive to write a new file, all you do is set that flag back to “on,” and you get the file. Pretty cool, eh?
Obviously, the sooner you try to restore a file, the more successful you’ll be.
So for a high chance of success switch off the machine immidately and don't use load windows until you have the file back.
If you want to ignore the above advice and try to do the recovery youself on windows try a simple program like this.
